As an FAA authorized Overhaul and Repair station (# QUGR412L), we are a special process for overhaul and repair of aerospace components such as rotating disk, shafts, turbine rotors, cases, domes, yokes, anti torque arms, casting, forging, and machined parts.
Architectural
Specialized decorative and highly functional finishes for interior and exterior architectural metal work, including stairs, railings, trim work, grills, facades, panels, doors, extrusions, canopies, and more. We work directly with architects and designers to create unique finishes and translate their vision into reality.
Alternative Energy
Metal enhancement processes for alternative energy equipment manufacturers. Examples include wind generators, scaffolding, support structures, combustion systems and more.
Medical
Medical hip and knee implants as well as pins, rods, screws, and plates made of surgical stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and titanium.
